Our homeowner’s association is governed by a Board of four volunteer Directors. The Pacific Moreno Valley HOA board is responsible for the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the association, Additionally, the PMV HOA, is responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and regulations. Please review the declarations and bylaws located at the bottom of our website.

Diversified Association Management is our contracted property management company. Our Property Manager, Adriana Leon, can be reached at 714-544-7755 ext. 125 or via email at aleon@diversifiedhoa.com. She should be contacted regarding any service issues in regards to community property, any apparent violations of rules and guidelines, and for any questions about your homeowner dues and assessments.

Our community website, pmvhoa.info offers residents information regarding upcoming activities or events, announcements and helpful resources. Our website offers many answers to most frequently asked questions homeowners are seeking.

As a new homeowner looking to improve your property or make a few upgrades, please submit all renovations to the architectural review committee to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood. The architectural review committee functions and application is available to download on our website.

Q: Is there more than one HOA?

A: Yes, there is a Sub-association as well as a Master Association. The Sub-Association is managed by Diversified Association Management while the Master Association is managed by Avalon Management.

Q: How often does the HOA meet?

A: The HOA meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at 6 PM via Zoom. The recurring zoom link is: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89910652587?pwd=cTZ1VGY1WEV4c3Eydm11Z296QmVndz09

Q: How much are my monthly dues?

A: The monthly dues for Pacific Eagle/Pacific Iris are $33.

Q: How can I pay my dues?

A: You may pay electronically through the online portal or you may mail in your payment to: P.O BOX 25092 Santa Ana, CA 92799. Be sure to include your account number on the check. To access the online portal, please contact the property manager.

Q: What do the dues of the Sub-association cover?

A: The dues cover common area landscaping (surrounding mailboxes and message boards), insurance, legal fees, community activities, patrol 7 nights a week, painting and repairs to the perimeter walls, wrought iron.

Rules and Violation Report

Residents of the Association pursuing violations (i.e., barking dog, noise nuisance, garage storage, etc.) must complete and submit this form to the board.  Please be as specific as possible to allow the board to expedite the process in a timely manner.  All alleged violations will be evaluated to ensure they are considered an infraction as defined by the Association’s legal documents.

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT no work on this request shall commence until written approval has been granted by the Architectural Review Committee.  I agree to complete all improvements and maintain my lot in accordance with my approved plans and governing documents of my Homeowner Association.

To complete this process, please download the form below.  Review the example PLOT PLAN and fill out the FACING AND ADJACENT NEIGHBOR.  Once plans have been reviewed by your neighbors, please have the sign and return the document.  Submit the completed PDF form to manager@pmvhoa.info.
